1. No Return or Refund Policy
All sales made through our website are final. Due to the perishable nature of our product and hygiene concerns, we do not accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstances.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
To initiate a complaint:
- Email us at sales@bidlasupremetea.com
- Include your order ID, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the packaging and product
Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement at our sole discretion. No monetary refunds will be issued. If the replacement is approved the order will be delivered within 3 to 5 business days.
3. Cancellations
Order cancellations are not allowed once the order has been placed and processed.
